Team Building Event for 3 Mobile Network Oct 2005
We had a brilliant time if some what challenging, facilitating 160 +people in a massive team building exercise. We came up with the idea where we would break the group down in to smaller teams of 30-35 people, some were making a music video, some were creating original music and vocals and 60 were painting a huge 4m x 3m mural. The artwork worked very well. Each person had to paint 5 illustrations of whatever they liked as long as they kept in a colour scheme. We did not tell the team what they would be painting and with a bit of preparation we ended up with the picture featured on the right of the page. Many thanks to all involved particularly Dill, Ian Griffith and Owen Morris.
